Come walk for cancer with Team Hope!

What is Relay for Life?

Relay for Life is a team fundraising event where team members take turns walking around a track or designated path for 24 hours. Each team is asked to have a member on the track at all times to signify that cancer never sleeps. Cancer patients don't stop because they're tired, and for one night, neither do we.

Each team sets up a themed campsite at the event and continues their fundraising efforts by collecting donations for food, goods, games, and activities. This money will count towards our overall team fundraising goal.

How can I get involved?

There are many different ways you can get involved, big and small.

The main way is to sign up for the team and walk the relay. Signing up for the team costs $10 dollars which goes towards our team fundraising goal. We will be taking turns walking on the track, and we will have a campsite with a tent that team members can rest in for the overnight portion of the event.

We will also be having a fundraising booth that you can volunteer at if you cannot walk the relay but still want to do service. Details TBD.

Buy a Luminaria to light during sunset. Darkness is symbolic of the fear that patients feel when diagnosed. You can buy one to honor lost loved ones, celebrate survivors, and let those fighting cancer know that they are not alone.

Participate in Miss Relay! Miss Relay is a male beauty pageant. Details TBA.

If you truly cannot offer your time but still want to make a difference, you can donate directly to our team page or donate essential things we might need like tents, games, blankets, etc.

Our team name is Circle K International!
