Fall Training Conference, also known as FTC, is known by some as the best event of the year. Usually held on the first weekend of November in the isolated mountains of Sonora, CA., FTC has something for new and returning members regardless of how many times they've attended. Every year, hundreds of Circle K'ers travel far and wide all the way up to the mountains of Sonora to attend the magic that is Fall Training Conference. The event, also known as FTC, is a great opportunity for new members to meet and interact with the other Circle K clubs in the California-Nevada-Hawaii district. Members attend informational workshops put on by their peers on every subject from Circle K 101 to Star Gazing, then relax by watching campfire skits. As if all that were not enticing enough, there's even a great dance put on at the end of the night, where Circle K'ers show off their wild side!

FTC helps introduce new members to the district and trains them to be leaders through fun and diverse workshops such as public speaking, time-management, and dance (yes dancing is imperitive to be a leader). The workshops are also geared towards board members, and senior members, with resume building, graduate school applications etc. | |
The highlights all Circle Kers look forward to are the campfire skits and dance. Every year schools compete for a spot to perform in front of the district. These 7 min long skits show the creativity, sense of humor, and pride they have for their schools. Later that night everyone gets together and shows their stuff on the dance floor. Some lucky members even meet their significant others. |
